Even with the recent pandemic bringing many difficulties and extra responsibilities, the Wolfpack family has yet to let go of school spirit. Although only 50% of maximum capacity will be allowed to cheer on the teams from the bleachers, the athletics department is making sure that all precautions are taken so that sports season will not be canceled.

Football kicked off the year with their first game taking place September 24, at Clark Stadium. The first home game of the season will be against Wylie High School, a longtime competitor of the school.

The Plano West Volleyball team had their first game September 14, away from home against Southlake High School. The lady wolves have a steady list of matches that are consistent until the end of November.

The Plano West Swimming and Diving team started practice from September 9. The first team meet was the week after on September 18.
